Oulens

Take the direction of Bussy by taking left on the bridge of Cerjaulaz, follow the avenue de la Vignette then the road of Ponty until the path of Combes to arrive at the refuge of Lucens. Follow the Vita trail to the milestone bearing the Vaudois crest and take the trail on your right. Follow it taking a slight slope and then a good descent before going up gently through the leafy trees. You arrive at a concrete footbridge which you cross to start a climb on a hollow path. At the top of this climb, on a wide flat area, go slightly to the right to reach the edge of the forest and then follow the shaded path on your left. At the next crossroads, take the gravelly path on the right and continue straight ahead until you come out of the wood, where you can see Lucens and the villages on the other side of the river. At the intersection for the refuge, turn right to go back down to Lucens by the route des Crétuz.
